I am a medicine woman – one who awakens the self-awareness in others so they can become empowered to be the creator in their own lives.
My gift is helping women stand strong in their Divine Feminine energy through practices and rituals of self-love, intuition and flow. We are all being called to awaken and remember our purpose in this lifetime. Trusting our intuition, surrounding ourselves with aligned relationships and vibrating at a high frequency are key to creating a life that feels centered and authentic.

I use my intuition and my innate wisdom to guide women in a safe and sacred container and help them unleash their potential. My continuous journey of healing my own deep wounds and shadows have helped me become a stronger mother, partner, friend and teacher to those around me.

Born and raised in Australia, I spent 14 years as a coach and facilitator for organizations across Australia and the United States, before becoming passionate about working with women. I am the mother of 4 beautiful souls and a bonus mum to 2 more – they are my greatest teachers! I am an advocate for self-love, flow, joy, natural health and plant medicine. I love nothing more than empowering women to become their own healers.
